We will refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 30 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 30 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products. *Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).

All orders can be returned by post. Please follow these simple instructions:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Package your items carefully and include your invoice. Label your package with the given shipping address.
3. MAKE SURE ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE UNOPENED (Any returned opened items WILL NOT be refunded and will be disposed of for health and safety reasons).
4. Please allow 30 days from the day the package is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your returned item has been received and your refund is complete.
5. Please note that the shipping cost is non refundable
Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
